This is off topic, but good time to bring up the fact all contracts need an 'oracle"' to report binary options to the block chain, so the contract know which condition is met (the Ethereum block chain can't watch the playoffs, someone human will have to report the outcome to the smart contract in order for it to pay gambling winners, for example). Humans are notoriously easy to subvert/bribe, we will be right back here all over again one day
If these smart contracts are being released into the wild, why isn't there a smart lawyer system also out in the wild.

Because the code is supposed to handle any disputes by only releasing funds when specific, predetermined arangements are met as is put in the code.
If the code is coded bad, both parties are to blame I guess. Those for coding bad, but also the others for not looking into the code correctly.
I can see a different system come up: Code reviewers. Could become big for big contracts.
