I'm sorry to tell you but it looks like they have scammed you already. You just have to look at their Ann thread and find out for yourself. So I doubt that you will get the answer you needed and let this be a lesson not to blindly trust any mixing services. You may want to visit 2018-2019 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites.

I've never heared about them myself, i'd never use an unknown mixer to mix any coins at all... No idear if this one is a scam, but if it's their io domain you visited, they do have a (seldomly used) newbie account (see above) and there is an email address on the account's profile page.

I use a grab bag of mixers. Recently, after using SmartMix for a good length of time I didn't receive the BTC back from them. Does anyone know a good way of contacting them support (not including what is on their site)? I don't need to know that they are a scam..
