"Quietly Making Noise"
Good News
I have rediscovered a huge opportunity which is currently disguised as hard work.

Great News
For some people the "hard work" is a fun hobby, and close to a dream come true

Did you know "smart contracts" have been around for over 20 years? They did not receive much attention because P2P blockchains did not exist.
This is where Ian Grigg’s idea of Ricardian Contracts comes in:

Quote
A Ricardian Contract can be defined as a single document that is a) a contract offered by an issuer to holders, b) for a valuable right held by holders, and managed by the issuer, c) easily readable by people (like a contract on paper), d) readable by programs (parsable like a database), e) digitally signed, f) carries the keys and server information, and g) allied with a unique and secure identifier (content hash).

FYI: LegalThings One is a platform for running Live Contracts: I am not promoting, or commenting on their project.
This article does give a good summary of related topics:

The "missing link" is waiting for you to enjoy.

"One of the issues I foresee with the emergence of many different template and markup standards is the very plurality of standards. How do you know that the term in contract A is same or different in contract B. How can you create a nice looking document, yet mark it up in such a way as to make it machine readable. Turns out most of these questions have already been solved by the Semantic Web project in the form of RDFa standard that embeds Linked Data in HTML, an extension to HTML5 that helps you markup things like People, Places, Events, Recipes and Reviews..."

A) "Ricardian-smart-contracts" were mostly ignored for decades since they had little practical use.
B) The previously over-hyped "Semantic Web" has been a sleeping giant for well over 10 years.

Bitcoin related roadmap.
1) Leave ideas sitting here, waiting until someone qualified shows interest, and/or simply "do-it-yourself".  (i.e. an Open source project)
2) Smarter Contracts: "Quietly Making Noise" Since 3/2/2018

Real_Person's Roadmap
I plan to play with the "screaming Bubble Children" on the loud side of town, until the funding exists to do something more substantial.
