Someone who needs as much BTC as you do, I would think it would be simply economical to just make a wire to an exchange and do the purchases yourself. Kind of shady how much you are buying and the ways you are buying and the high fees you are willing to pay. Just saying.

All of your "vouches" involve you trading with payment methods that are not reversible. Paypal is very much reversible. Also the stakes are very high when dealing with such large amounts that even someone with an actual solid reputation should not be trusted not to initiate a chargeback
