so this was those legendary live streaming where Elon Musk became a host and slaughter dogecoin, lol kidding aside. Dogecoin really played by Musk and it seems like those coin's fate is in his hand. This is real proof of old adage in the crypto world that advises us to focus on the trading before the news comes (still rumor) and immediately after the news comes. It's called "buy the rumor, sell the news". There's always a rapid movement in those moments, and sadly Musk's performance in SNL had the opposite effect than what's imagined by investors.
I think its a temporary correction in dogecoin and it will rise from here. This is the biggest development in Doge and it can be huge as SpaceX is not accepting Dogecoin.
Can we just stop seeing Musk as some kind of hero for a minute? He's multiplied his wealth and have zero damns about everyone else's. He's a billionaire - he doesn't care about helping us. To be honest i am starting to Hate Elon Musk. If he is only one getting profits in dogecoin and rest of the world losing their money, people will stop following him. From the famous personality of the world, he would become the most hatred person on earth. Just consider for a moment , how many people lost money today by anticipating a pump in dogecoin.
Well, yes, it sucks to be a hated person because of the persons manipulative tactics in his dealings with DOGE, but win or lose, he is the one laughing his way to the bank. He has mentioned time and again that he needs the funds so he can finance his space expeditions and I think DOGE is one of the way he is trying to secure his needed cash. One way or another, those who invested in DOGE after the hype basically helped Elon secure the funds he needs to bring men to mars, and possibly mine the gold asteroid so as to disrupt the world economy one more time.

I'm guessing that this is one of those common cases of "buy the rumour, sell the news". It seems like $DOGE speculators are expecting Elon to tell everyone that DOGE is the future and that everyone should buy in or something.

I admire your sense of reality. You might have predicted that instead of helping push further the already high price of the Dogecoin, the appearance of Elon Musk in SNL could backfire. Well, maybe it is time that we get back to reality. Elon Musk is a man I recognized as a great helper with cryptocurrency especially on Bitcoin and Dogecoin but all his influence has limit also. It is time that we ask if Dogecoin really has what it takes to be a top cryptocurrency and if it can withstand the test of time - apart from the strong support of Elon. Anyway, maybe let's give Dogecoin sometime to take some nap, have it reinvigorate and maybe prepare for another run days from now.

Yes. The fall could just be a bear trap for the whales to buy some more coins. The rocket to moon stunt is going to bring Dogecoin to even larger attention and possibly boost it's price beyond $1. I am one of those who don't believe in Dogecoin and never bought it as an investment but with all these hype, I can't stand at a side while watching people hopping on the starship.

OK, this is what I've been talking about for weeks now, but some people think am just a hater cus I don't hold any dogecoin, I've traded a lot of dogecoin in the past, dogecoin was never to be seen as an investment vehicle, but Elon musk holding a large bag, and wanting to sell all at a good price price decided to deceive as many that made themselves vulnerable, now, he's probably sold all he's bags making billion of dollars, newbies who invested are the ones who are gonna suffer the huge loss now.

Actually I saw the live stream and I was expecting to see DOGE pump during or after the Saturday Night Live stream. While, the price decreased suddenly. Also, I heard some exchanges had technical problems due to huge amount of dogecoins selling in short period of the time. Also, during this time I guess many long leveraged potions failed. Generally, many dogecoin holders were expecting much more to be happen during this live stream.

I would definitely do the same but well, I already sold mine last week. I am happy to get some profit from this Doge pump. And it looks like whales are playing the market again and I believe the pump isn't done yet.

I believe investors must have known some thing like this would happen and I was telling a friend the other day to sell off all the Dogecoin he is holding but I guess we had different ideas about the direction of DogeCoin.

It turn out to be a flop show for dogecoin. There was a lot of hype before the show that Doge coin will reach beyond 1$ in this show as Elon musk will announce something about dogecoin adoption. There was no such news and instead the coin dumped badly during the show.

No one knows but if it won't then it's likely that the pump has already been done and committed.
