Don't know if it's a scam or not, but the bounty campaign had a lot of miscommunication and poor direction.
I also suspected that this was a big scam, but sometimes I was calmed by news from the company. Now you need to invest very carefully in different new companies because there are so many cheaters!

Scam news appeared in Civic at the time, and many people accused Civic of fraud.
The Civic is now in the market cap in the first 50's.
I do not think Bankera is scam and I think that my investments will be valued. Let's wait and see what happens.
