Ouch, I don't think there is any hope you'll get any of your BTC back or the actual goods. You would be better off taking this as a hard lesson learned and never jumping into investments before checking out their background.

I looked at this and thought they were using a commercially available case, and didn't expect the audio and usb to be connected. Didn't buy for other reasons. I can't believe people fall for this.

You can get your money back, but it would involve finding out where they are, a few friends, and several shotguns.
At this point, stealing the money back from them would not REALLY be a crime, seeing as how they have lied and stolen more and they did it first.
