That is how bitcoin works. It is better to think of a bitcoin address as a payment code instead of something that holds bitcoins. Your wallet contains many addresses and most are hidden from you.
Yes it's called change. When sending a transaction you need to "spend" all bitcoins from that address. Change get sent to a new address to preserve anonymity.
Is this not creating an even larger blockchain? I nearly shat a brick when the confirmation weren't going through and my main wallet address said "0" despite Bitcoin-qt saying I had funds.

I noticed some transactions take way longer than usual since 2-3 days.
My most recent transactions took several days without a fee - prior to 0.8.* enforcement. Off-chain transaction maybe your only answer for quick sale/confirmation.
Ok they seems to be confirming now as I write this post which is odd as I sent the funds yesterday. It's as if it knows I'm talking about 'them'.
I'm used to having only 1 main wallet address which I can look up on blockchain. Now when I look up my main wallet address, I find with every transaction, everything has been sent to a new address, minus the transaction going to its destination. I hope I'm clear, is this normal now?

Ok something seems to be wrong with my wallet. None of the transactions are confirming. I know the blockchain has had some work done to it but is this how it is suppose to work now.
When ever I send a transaction it sends my entire wallet bitcoins to one address and the original amount to the destination. Only the recipient doesn't receive the funds as the transaction doesn't confirm.

As you can see it sends 24.84302725 BTC to a new wallets and 0.001 BTC to the recipient. Only it doesn't confirm. I did pay a Transaction fee of -0.0005 BTC.
