Go to bitcoin 2013. I'm sure lots of people there would give you cash for your btc. or localbitcoins.com
Basically I am looking for an answer to the question in the title. I don't mean cash in a bank account, or otherwise stored online, I mean dollar bills, paper folding money. I saw something vaguely promising on the bitinstant page, but it didn't quite make sense to me.
