Only really heard about him when he got arrested (I live in Asia). I'm watching the demonstrations online though and each new one seem to be getting larger. Curiously, I almost never see BBC (which I'm subbed to) discuss those rallies.

Don't know the details on his case but that may pressure authorities. At least some good may come out of this, maybe they'd grow a pair and actually address the grooming issue there. Years ago I read an article about Sikhs organizing night watches because of girls being molested on the streets. I'm assuming it has gotten worse.

Lol, the UK will not go up in smoke over him. Nobody will care if Tommy Robinson dies other than his idiotic and paranoid supporters. He'll probably do half his sentence and then be back out on the streets doing the exact same thing and getting himself sent straight back to prison. People just latch on to whatever conspiracy theory suits them and their agenda. If anyone wanted him dead then they could far easily have him killed on the streets at any point. If he was such a threat to either the government or Muslims he would be dead already. The simple matter of the fact is he is in jail for breaking the exact reason he was on a suspended sentence for in the first place and he pleaded guilty to this. There isn't any conspiracy here other than him being foolish and pushing his luck and now he's paying the price for that.
