I know that i dont have an experience on managing a bounty but I already have a lot of experience on moderation and handling people out as what i have said i am handling facebook groups with plenty of people who i can invite and please to be one those people who help me to become successful. In the start it is hard because no one would trust me but later on when there is already one person who will trust my potential it would be proven. We know that all good managers today started from no experience we all start without experience but we always need to give a try.
