But there already are many social media apps built on the blockchain, I should know because I joined one such before,,, luckily not as an actual investor because the project bombed but I truly contributed a lot of ideas and thoughts and it went to waste.

Data is the foremost worry,,, this would seem to be the case, but people still do not really know how it affects them! If they would,,, they would not be posting pictures of themselves everywhere!

So data protection not just limitation is important. If I share a photo, how do I ensure nobody can screenshot it and steal it?

Steemit is not exactly a social media, but it's almost like a social media platform. But there is no app based on blockchain, I think.

Hi !! I think it's a good bet to bet on social networks. And in my opinion, you'd be better off developing the app on Nuls Blockchain. Check Nuls.io

Thank You for your Feedback

I am currently working on a Social Media App (Stag3) which is in the planning stage.

Would a Social Media app that reduces the amount of Information you give away interest you?.

An app where you can share photos and have fun enjoy your time?

Based on all the privacy issues from Facebook and all the personal data that is collected I am trying to find out what the bitcointalk community thinks about

a Social Media app that reduces the data taken from the user to the least amount possible.

Let me know your thoughts

Cheers
