Did you get a chance to see the new logs I posted?
I check but it shows two hashbord with 0 ASIC numbers I suggest you try to troubleshoot and check the hashboard physically. Use multimeter to check resistance on the test point.

Also, check the voltage output of your PSU  and try to mine on other pools.

I check but it shows two hashbord with 0 ASIC numbers I suggest you try to troubleshoot and check the hashboard physically. Use multimeter to check resistance on the test point.

Hello, sorry I am having some trouble, I bought and sd card, formatted it to fat32 and downloaded the tarball. Do I just extract gz->tar->files and put those files on the sd card? there is another file that is a tar extension do I have to uncompress this too? SD card image is not compressed with .tar you need to download the SD card image directly on the bitmains page under "Flashing SD card with image".
The t15 sd card image is in the zip file you will need to extract them and paste them to the SD card.

Upgrading and flashing through an SD card is totally different from flashing it will erase and replace the firmware upgrading is just like patching the firmware.

You can also try to remove the Chain[2] and test two hashboard if it's running fine.

If it doesn't solve your issue try to run them one by one or test each hashboard one by one.
You can follow this guide "Test hashboard one by one" as reference.

Update here for any changes on the kernel logs.

Hello, new to mining, my antminer T15 is not hashing. It has the newest firmware, and pings with no packet loss. Do I need to change anything in the network settings or port forward? Attatched are my logs. Thank you for your help.
