The address portion should be the same as my blockchain account? Or the private key of  bitcoin?

Blockchain account?

Are you using Bitcoin-Qt, or are you using https://blockchain.info/wallet?

Those are two different wallets, and they each have their own features.

If you have both wallets, then they will each have their own bitcoin addresses with their own bitcoins.  You can send bitcoins back and forth between them.

In Bitcoin-Qt, when generating a new bitcoin address, you leave the "Address" part blank, and just enter a "Label".  The wallet will create a new address for you.  The private keys are completely hidden from you.

There's a good tutorial over here:

http://bitcoin.lift-institute.com/bitcoin-beginners-guide/

The site explains step by step how to install and setup multibit and even walk you through to getting a free initial balance!

You can put anything you like in the label section.  The label is just a note to yourself to remind you what you used the address for.

My question pertains to the Label and Address section of the client. What should be added to the Label section? I have a blockchain wallet currently and am looking for a more stable platform for my coins. Thanks for the posted links; I will be doing some reading this evening.

Generally you can ask your questions here and get them answered.  That will probably help more than any online tutorial that anyone has created yet.
