the price is low but still member account dont worth anything some people buy account for signature campaigns and member rank is no any good for it and some buy account for avatars and again you can not have avatar with member account so i will suggest you to wait untill your account is full member and then sale it for atlest 0.1 btc

There are a few signature campaigns that pay decently for member accounts; you could do a pretty good ROI and rank it up to Full if you buy it.
