The COA says a max of 2009 would be made. They either had back stock, or just made more because they hadn't struck all 2009 of them from the beginning. The easy way to find out which option is was is to order a new one. If it was funded recently, they were recently made. If they were funded pre 2017, they were back stock.
Curious, why 2017 and not 2014 ?
