When I do exactly as you said, the Ripple web client posts something like no path found. When I send XRP to BitStamp's Ripple address, it just returns it to my address.

It did that to me as well first time saying "no path". I tried again about 10mins later and it worked. I just tried yet again and it's still working. It's odd, it doesn't like certain amounts of bitcoin being sent. Just try with 0.1btc.

Oh did you log into ripple then click 'send using ripple client' on bitstamp? Which then leads you to log in again in a different tab? It worked when I did this. I think if I'm not logged into ripple to start with it wouldn't work. That's just a guess btw, but worth a try.

I tried adding trust to BitStamp's Ripple address for 1 BTC amount but whenever I grant trust, it fails with a message "Account does not meet the minimum XRP reserve." evern if I currently have 5999 XRPs.

I didn't have to grant trust, I don't even know how to do that. What I did is click 'send using ripple client' on bitstamp under ripple. Log in. Then change it to send bitcoin. It worked for me. Sometimes it gives the option to send the ripple amount, sometimes not...

"Account does not meet the minimum XRP reserve." - I think you have to have something like ~200 XRP (maybe less) in your account which is the minimum amount you have to have in there. You have to leave that much in there.

You have to grant trust ripple address. Go to bitstamp deposit ripple optoin. in the ripple page deposit bitcoin. Just wait usually its instant in bitstamp.

I just sold 20k xrp for bitcoin via Ripple.com. How do I withdraw this bitcoin? I guess I withdraw via bitstamp somehow.

Thank you
