Yes they would simply deposit CASH to my account and it would show up online. I honestly have never done a BTC trade for my capital one, only BOA so far so the process would be a first for me. I know that anyone can deposit to any account with Capital One. About $78 worth.

For that small of an amount I could accept a Capital One cash deposit, otherwise I'd rather not do it, sorry man. I understand how hard it is sometimes to get BTC.
