I purchased these cards as manufacturer-refurbished units. 3 on 02/25/13, 1 on 03/07/13. With the exception of 2 fans needing replacement, they have all worked flawlessly since. The cards are also physically in excellent shape. They come in original boxes with manuals and all accessories.
When heatsinks have been removed (e.g. fan replacement), the thermal pad over the "hot" bank of VRMs was replaced with Fujipoly 17.0 W/mK.
They are running in my basement with additional external cooling.

- run slightly overvolted @ 1.075v
- run @ 840MHz core / 277MHz memory
- run GPU temps between 56 and 61 degrees, with one outlier at 63-64 degrees.
- run VRM temps (VDDC Phase #1, VDDC Phase #2, VDDC Phase #3) in the low 80s, again with one outlier in the mid to high 80s
- hash @ 378MH/s per GPU (~750MH/s per card)
