You should go for an exchange or use a trustworthy escrow that releases both your money at the same time.

Well I live in Costa Rica, you can send this parcel by DHL or emails from Costa Rica, You pay me by PAYPAL but for you to be quiet I'll I can do a bill for the PS4, I pay the shipping charge and when I deliver you the shipping invoice and you pay me the rest (shipping cost) I imagine it takes 3-4 days to reach your destination country if you live in USA
