How do you guarantee the person keeps divvy.co.in ? You are not selling co.in so there is no guarantee. Someone buys your domain and builds a business on it but can never actually own the domain. Am I missing something ? Seems like a bad business decision. If your website works, they build up value on a subdomain of a domain you own ? No ?

In their list google.co.in is the number 13...Which isn't bad indeed , but it is still not the second.
It could have some value for Indian people though , but I won't know about it since I am french.
Finally to answer your question I don't know how I got Sr. membership but I don't think I did anything special to get it (actually i never care about it either since it doesn't give you any special power / advantages or anything ) but maybe it's calculated with the number of posts you made and maybe the date you first registered ?
