A controller is included with each unit. 
I purchased a couple L3's from the previous sale.
I'd like to point out that I did not need to use escrow for over 6BTC of equipment with Maxumark.
You can't go wrong buying from him.
The equipment arrived quickly and in perfect condition...clearly they had been well taken care of.
I've also traded with colohub and would trust both individuals with additional trades in the future.

Maxumark, if I was to purchase a non hosted dominator...would I still need to pick up a controller?

I am selling a limited supply of A4 Dominator 135 Mh/s miners with hosting prepaid at the Colohub data center where I have my my mining farm located.
I will prepay btcmeqc in full for the hosting period upfront.
We have already done this with some Antminer L3s (currently not available) and it is working out well.
The Hosting will be provided by http://www.btcmeqc.com user id on Bitcointalk is Colohub.
You will need to sign the hosting agreement with BTCMEQC and follow there rules, such as no overclocking.
During the initial hosting period I will provide the use of a 1000watt PSU.
I will also guarantee a operating miner within factory specs +/- 10% during the initial prepaid period. This guarantee will only be honored by a replacement with one from one of my running A4 Dominator units.
After the purchase and payment for the miner you will have 0$ monthly costs, No shipping to pay, No PSU to purchase, No power bill to pay, No internet fees, and No maintenance fees for the duration of the initial hosting period.
After the initial hosting period you can continue the hosting with Btcmeqc, and rent the PSU from me for $5.00 per month, or pay to ship the miner to yourself or someone else if you are selling it at that time.
At the end of the hosting period I will ship FedEx in the original box anywhere CONUS for $25
