So it just dawned on me that I forgot to follow up with a message in this thread to let everyone know CrazyBlane is a great guy to deal with!  I wouldn't even hesitate about sending funds to him first when purchasing from him!  Great guy, great communication, and even when he has a human moment and forgets to shoot you part of your order - he immediately follows up with options to get you exactly what you wanted!

I hope I get the pleasure of doing business with him again!

Sounds good.  Smiley

I'm 99.9999% sure he will be fine with it, but since its not technically all my money - I like to be sure we both say yes before spending any of it.  We were going to order one from Newegg this week so when we find a deal on another 7970 we're all set.   Then I stumbled on your ad!

I'll probably talk to him by 10:00 am CST.  So I should have the btc to you roughly 9 hours from now or less.

Thanks!

If you can wait till the morning for me to send payment, (access to wallet and confirmation from partner to purchase with our joint business funds which is basically a technicallity, we are looking to actually order one of these from Newegg this week!) I would take this off your hands at the $45 @ Mt Gox price.  LMK! Smiley
Sure, just let me know when you're ready.

The ebay heatsink post is $11 + $5 shipping ($16).

Your cooler + thermal paste is $60.

Altogether that is $76.

If I were to buy this new from mwave, it would be $70 + $9.29 shipping so say $80 http://www.mwave.com/mwave/SKUSearch.asp?px=FO&scriteria=AA82255

I don't really need this item you're selling, but I'll offer you (for the whole thing) $35 shipped.

I've updated with a guy selling the same heatsinks for 12.19 with free ship. He also includes the stock thermal paste. I am also selling sans thermal paste for $50. So you are talking $62.19 vs $80. Plus, mwave doesn't accept bitcoins Grin

I'm interested, but I can't make an offer without knowing how much the missing heatsinks would cost.  Which one are they in this picture and how many?

Also, I presume I can use my own Arctic Silver-5 correct? Is half of one tube enough for all the applications?

I would recommend a ceramic based grease for the memory and other components. If you are applying to a 7970, some of the surfaces are extremely small and you may risk shorting some of the leads surrounding them(like I did...) Silver is fine for the GPU.

Here's what is left in the kit:

6 different heatsink types in your image. I'll number them 1-6 going left to right top to bottom.

Missing-
2 of number 2
4 of number 3
1 of number 4
11 of number 5
3 of number 6

Here's a guy selling pretty much all of the heatsinks in the kit on ebay for $12.19
linky

Here's a pic of the missing heatsinks applied to the 7970 PCB I sold:

Selling a barely used Accellero Xtreme 7970 and 3 tubes of thermal compound that have been kept in the fridge.
Take it all for

Some of the memory heatsinks are missing from the 7970 cooler as they were firmly attached to a 7970 PCB I sold a while back, so you may need to purchase some new ones.
