I hope you didn't power up that motherboard in your pic that is all hooked up and sitting on a metal shelf.... 
You can clearly see the 4 cpus/4 motherboards are not connected to anything.
So why is the bottom one? Just making sure all were kept well and away from shorts and other issues.
Didn't think anyone would put a hooked-to-power setup on a metal shelf to make nasty smells come from it.
