There are tens of thousands of casascius coins made, but only 140 of these. Cryptolator is coming out with a copper (or brass?) version of the same coin, soon to be released in a larger run of 500. This will only increase the price of the original 140 silver rounds.
The dollar value of these coins will not decrease, though their relative value to BTC may do so if there is a huge spike in Bitcoin value (If btc suddenly jumps to $4000, it is unlikely these will be worth 0.25/$1000)

20 bucks; but they will certainly go for more then that due to being rare and collectible.
