I have one from batch 2 - 48 coins made - that looks identical, packaging, gold parity pic, letter, gold parity plate in transparent case. Mine shows hologram when turned over, and plate shows batch with total number minted

Agree..looks like it is.
These are rare as only a few exist from each strike..the first ones only 24 were made..then when more demand was met they did a second and possibly a third strike too. If i am not mistaken there were slight differences with the matching of the front and back in the different strikes too.
