Feb 27  12.44  based on $ 0.1033 an mh
Feb 28  10.76  based on $ 0.0908 an mh
March 1 10.39 based on $ 0.0880 an mh
March 2 10.94 based on $ 0.0921 an mh
we did about 10 a day on the days below after taking out 20 cent power cost.
March 3 10
March 4 10
March 5 10
March 6 10
March 7 10
March 8  10.50 price of eth went up
March 9  11.77 price of eth went up

116.80 profits after paying 20 cent power cost.

Hmm  wonder if fomo will begin soon

March 10. $11.40.      $128.20
March 11    11.40.        139.60
March 12.   11.40.        151.00

the 3080 is about. 1825 + tax in this auction

  https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GeForce-RTX-3080-XC3-ULTRA-10GB-GDDR6X-GPU-Warranty-FREE-SHIPPING/114724677857?

the 1080ti is about   610 + tax in this auction

https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GeForce-GTX-1080-Ti-SC2-Hybrid-Gaming-11GB-GDDR5X-Graphics-Card-Watercooled/184699345988?

so that is 2425 + tax and auctions not over.

which is less than. 2700 + tax   when I offered this. a while back. Of course auction did not end.

So they may be at the 2700 to 3000 level when over.

You know if you bid at 2100 and get this you could sell the 1080ti for 600-800 and Lower the price on the 3080 3885.

Stimulus checks are driving btc to 60k I winder if eth got back over 2k.

Based on these 2 auctions I will consider lowering price on the  deal. auctions on ebay end today.

for me, it is simple - I know they are going for over 2k on eBay and other market places, but that is simply because people scooped them all up simply to mine a few weeks while doubling/tripling the price and reselling them.

End of the day it is a 700-1000 card (depending on version) and not really worth the aftermarket price being assigned to them.

Hell, I stood in line the day they were released only to get in the store to see that the store employees had bought the entire inventory so the store was out of stock immediately upon release date. One employee even followed me out to the parking lot and tried to sell me one for double the price.

It does not help that manufacturers always shorth the supply. But it really wouldn't matter, no matter how many they produce someone will always try to scoop all them up and resell them.

There are people with hundreds of these cards for sale.

glws.

No worries They pull in 9 bucks a day. for me its a game. to see if they should or should one be pruchased at these prices.

Eth back on the rise

it was >>>> 2041 on feb 19
it dropped to 1292 on feb. 28
it is up to > 1746 on mar 8th

ultimately my choice to offer these 2 at 2100 vs 2900 and still not sell either shows me the buyers here will be smart or stupid.

For that matter if the buyers buy them I will still track to see if they were smart or stupid.

It also shows lack of fomo on Bitcointalk  as this is the second card deal I offered with out takers.

the other was an xfx 5700 xt for 600 iirc

Back in January while I did not track earnings on it.  I have mined it for 56 days since no-one had interest of that card at a 200 dollar discount on ebay prices.

In the case of all these cards.  I can just mine them and make money while I get to test the forums fomo.

A 1080ti  = 42-45mh
a 3080.   = 92-95mh  if you hit a fan at this it can do 97

so 134mh and about 500 watts at the wall at worst

say 6 or 7 kwatts a day at 20 cents. = $1.40

Feb 27  12.44  based on $ 0.1033 an mh
Feb 28  10.76  based on $ 0.0908 an mh
March 1 10.39 based on $ 0.0880 an mh
March 2 10.94 based on $ 0.0921 an mh
total.     44.53 4 days at 20 cent power.  I will keep a running total should be fun to see if buyers are stupid or smart to buy it or not buy it. Far too early to tell.

So four days since offer to bid is place here prices still sky high on ebay
And a 20 cent miner would be 44.53 in their pocket.

So is not buying this smart or dumb?

We will know sooner or later.

total of 94.53 in your pocket.  the 3080 is still about 2100 on ebay and 1080tis are about 600-800 so this is about 2900 on ebay with tax.  no one has an interest at 2100 to start.

9 days of mining lost to cowardly bidders so far. (just kidding) Honestly I have no idea if it is smart to have purchased them at 2100 to 2500 cost.

How much for the 1080?

I am not setting a 1080 this is a 1080ti

and I am selling this as a pair.

But I do have 4 of them

So I could sell you one

They go for about 750 to 850 on ebay

if you are usa based I would be willing to go lower than the ebay price and include free shipping

I guess 700 is too high and  500 is too low

some smos  info on the 3080

A 1080ti  = 42-45mh
a 3080.   = 92-95mh  if you hit a fan at this it can do 97

so 134mh and about 500 watts at the wall at worst

1 mh is $.1033 is viabtc

so 134 x $.1033 = $13.84 a day

say 6 or 7 kwatts a day at 20 cents. = $1.40

13.84
  1.40
12.44 a day

if you get it at 2200/12.44 = 176 days and the cards are free.

my bid range is far lower than ebays prices.

so far this earned $12.44 profit since listed I will up date this number 1 time a day. I realize I rounded since it is not exactly 1 day since I listed it.

1 mh is $.0908 on viabtc so 134 x .0908 = 12.16 - 1.40 = 10.76 today

12.44
10.76
23.20 2 days at 20 cent power.  I will keep a running total should be fun to see if buyers are stupid or smart to buy it or not buy it. Far too early to tell.

Sold the 3080 so I am looking thread

So I have an evga 3080 3885-kr with paperwork and 2 years 9 months on the warranty.

They list on ebay for around 2100- 2500 buy it now

https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GEFORCE-RTX-3080-FTW3-ULTRA-GAMING-Video-Card-10G-P5-3897-KR-10GB-IN-HAND/174469210354?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GeForce-RTX-3080-XC3-ULTRA-10GB-GDDR6X-Graphics-Card/184683696273?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GeForce-RTX-3080-XC3-ULTRA-10GB-GDDR6X-Graphics-Card-IN-HAND-Fast-Ship/294033126877?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-GeForce-RTX-3080-XC3-ULTRA-10GB-GDDR6X-Graphics-Card-new-pre-sale/254880512392?

those are the 4 buy it now on ebay.  I have zero idea if you will get a warranty with them I know mine are under registered warranty with paper work .

I would like to offer 1 3080 3885 and one msi/corsair.

seahawk  https://www.ebay.com/itm/MSI-GeForce-GTX-1080-Ti-DirectX-12-GTX-1080-TI-SEA-HAWK-11GB-352-Bit-GDDR5X/324499657309?

So on ebay say 2150 + 760 + tax = 2910

I would take  bids from 2100 to 2500

so I will only sell to a usa buy. I would take LTC or BTC.

The bid would include free shipping and insurance.

Lets see how it goes. I have original box for the  evga.  I have a box for the msi/corsair but I don't have it with match serial number since it is out of warranty it should not matter.

I will leave this up for a few days to see if people have an interest in it.
