Hmm, I'll take it are willing to ship to Canada. I'm located somewhat nearby in southern Ontario. Can you also send proof of purchase - the only reason I'm asking is that I'd like to be sure that it has only had a month of usage.
I would have to see the difference in cost to Canada over US. Assuming it's give or take 7 or so dollars higher then USA, I could do that (and keep the original price).
As for proof of month usage, that wouldn't be possible. This was bought in a bulk deal for 5 total GPU rigs about 10 months ago. Only 3 were assembled, the parts (PSU included) all sat unopened up until January. Then this was used all through Jan, then in Feb, GPU's and other rig components were stripped and sold off 1 by 1, all that's left is this PSU, and a Mobo/CPU/Ram combo. The looks alone, as far as just overall cleanliness really shows how little of use it had, but I cannot provide any other proof other then proof of ownership, and my situation of how it was used
I understand if this is not enough for you, but never the less I appreciate your inquiry regardless of your decision!

Will give a bump for the excellent quality that is the Rosewill Lightning series. I've used these in the past when GPU mining, and it even survived 6 x radeon 7970 GPUs pulling an amazing 1411 watts at the wall without breaking a sweat. The OEM is Superflower (based in China I think?), which if you done your research, is one of the best OEMs out there, rivaling that of seasonic and corsair. It has 8 PCI-E 6+2 plugs, 2x 8 pin CPU power plugs, and a ton of molex and sata.
I'll vouch for these as well. I've used a number of them with mining, and have a few right now. Among other things, they run 3 Ant S1s w/o a hitch.
Interestingly enough, the older ones I bought came with a 5 year warranty. The one I just got for my Ants came with a 7 year warranty.

Doing a bump with reduced price to $200 in hopes somebody wants it. I am in a bad spot financially this week, if taking a small hit on this price helps me pay my rent by mid-week I am happy. It's all boxed up ready to go, can literately be shipped out within 10 minutes (well 10 mins once USPS is open)
