EVGA 1600 G2

this is good but costly

APW5 is the way to go for R4's. I've two R4's running in my office for two years now, the APW5's are super quiet.

this is good.

I have one of them.  They will do about 1200 watts on a 110/120 circuit very very very quiet

so it can easily run on 110v would an apw3++ work for it? I have never seen an R4 up close to see what the connectors are like.

It can, but Apw3 probably makes more noise than the R4 miner itself, I would check with philipma1957 to see what PSU he uses for his quiet set-up, those apw3++ are of a great quality I have some of them running for years without an issue, but they have some high pitch tone that might be too loud for someone to sleep next to it.

Dave, Good luck with selling this little beast, it is the last "bedroom" mining gear Bitmain made, for anyone who wants a home miner without having to go through all the noise-reduction methods which overheat your gear, the R4 is for you.

thanks for the info - will let my grandson know - he is looking to step up from usb miners lol  at my 5 cents per kw, this would lose about 11 bux a month but that wont kill me and he will be hodling the btc anyways - he was wanting to buy an r606 but those are 350 and only 1 th/s --- he just wants something quiet because his miners go in his bedroom lol and not too power hungry. I might have to charge him for the $30 in power this use per month lol

damn if it included the psu - i might be tempted - do you recall what the power draw is on these? I can look it up when I get home but if you know, please list it here.

~850 watts. If you need a more accurate number let me know I'll have someone at the data center pull it from the rack and plug it into a separate power supple and put a meter on it.
Might take a few hours. Don't know how busy they are.

that is close enough - so it can easily run on 110v would an apw3++ work for it? I have never seen an R4 up close to see what the connectors are like.

7 PCIe

3 per board for 2 boards plus 1 for the controller
@ 110V The apw3++ will more then power it.

Subject says it all. It's an old R4 getting about 7.5T poolside. I actually think the hashboards are from 2 different miners.
Sorry about the crappy pictures I didn't take them had someone at the data center take them when he pulled it for a dust blowout and check.

$150 gets it shipped to you anywhere in the lower 48 states.

Just the miner, no power supply.

If you have any questions ask.

Can take BTC, ETH, LTC for this.
