If I understand correctly (haven't looked at cryptsy yet), as long as the order is open, you haven't traded anything, you just made an offer.
Since the price does not look right, it's very unlikely that anyone would accept your offer. Unless you have reason to believe that the price will be reached in some foreseeable future, you can just cancel the order as it is useless.

Ive used cryptsy for the last 2 days and about 9 hrs ago I was watching qrk prices go up and down, and all of a sudden i had the option to trade qrk for .01btc each (its was at approx .0002 minutes before).  I sold it, half knowing that its probably just an error, but it has just sat in my open orders (along with a few other orders) since that time.

Is this a glitch? Is it common?  Should I contact Cryptsy? Cancel the order? Hope/pray it goes through?

 id really appreciate any information,

thanks in advance
