Is that a typo or are you only asking $130 for 2x SP20 ? So $65 per SP20 ?

1) Both units work. All chips work. They are currently setup to run off of one 1200W Corsair PS
2) Current operational parameters for the pair: 1095W and 2150+ Gh/s.
3) One unit uses an SD card to boot up.
