assuming you dont have the laminated certificate to accompany these?
You got me interested about these certificates mentioned, so i did some digging around.
A couple of lines (quoted below) from "bigtimespaghetti" in the the
original sales thread grabbed my attention:
- As I am moving away from certificates, here is the new updated face and obverse for these popular coins!
Numbers below available laser engraved with number and purity.
- I am clearing out the last of my stocks of the brass silver plated coins. I will no longer be issuing certificates for these coins, around 20 of them have certificates left with them, they are on a first come first serve basis.
I am guessing since these coins are numbered 81, certificates had ceased being distributed by then. If anyone else has an idea of when certificates stopped being distributed for the "Goxxed" coins, please chime in
With a number of these coins apparently melted down due to not selling, this maybe one of the last numbered sets available
Maybe "bigtimespaghetti" would be so kind as to drop by with some input...
Edit: Since bigtimespaghetti doesn't seem to be active anymore.
Can anyone else tell me, what were the last numbered coins to be sold?
Especially what was the last matching numbered set released? (Last numbered gold and last numbered silver)
Has anyone got any of these with a higher number than 81?
I see these coins are also featured in the
"Encyclopedia of Physical Bitcoins", just not enough information i can see.
