Maintenance fee's for 1 year are included in the original cost of the share. If you wish to maintain your hash power at ltcgear after 1 year, you will be asked to pay a fee based on 5-20% the original cost of the shares at that time. The shares I am sell are between 1-2 weeks old, So there is a good amount of time before anything additionally needs to be done.

-Not alot of chatter on the thread, But it was succseful. You may also notice that the price was lower... well I was more desprete than to make my rent
-Besides, you can always go pick up a gaw hashlet for $20+ per 1mhs (>")>

I am selling off 80 Mhs worth of Asic shares currently hosted on LTCGEAR.COM
I encourage you to do your own research on ltcgear.com's reputation, You will find them to be a trustworthy site that has been around for nearly a year.
In-order to transfer ownership for a share, you first must be registered with the site. Than I would be able to transfer my shares to your username using their provided transfer tool. It is basically instant.
As for the payment, I honestly would prefer not to have to bring in a escrow service into the mix. But if you would like to buy a large amount, or all of the shares I have for sale and would prefer to use a Escrow service, than PM me and we can figure something out.
