I can't believe this stuff is available in my state!
You can buy OC/Pepper Spray in all States. A couple of States have a few laws about how much you can carry, and in Mass you need a license. But yeah, you can get the stuff anywhere in the US.
Would it be legal to sell a capsaicin extract in places where pepper spray is illegal? - Just in a normal bottle not a spray bottle
From what I can find, Oleoresin Capsicum can be sold anywhere in the US. Pepper Spray usually isn't just 100% OC.Nobody really cares about Pepper Spray in the US. You're more likely to get in trouble with your EDC knife.

You didn't know you can have pepper spray in FL? I know tons of people with it 
I went to a local store, saw this on the shelf and couldn't believe it. I can't believe this stuff is available in my state! You can have it (shipping included) for 1.25 BTC. That's me hardly making profit, but I need BTC to pay back a loan. Discrete packaging. Let me know!
