hey i might be interested in this if I can sell things on ebay without any issue. i personally dont own a paypal account.
will it be safe for me to use this and is there any chance of having the accounts locked/limited later down the road?

You are almost guaranteed to have it limited later down the road if one of your buyer's ever chargeback. Beware, that's why everybody hates PayPal.
