With a certain amount of capital, I should invest in famous virtual currencies like btc, eth ... less volatile or new virtual currencies with little capital that can make huge profits but with high risks?
Can you give me suggestions?
You already mentioned it. Dont push your luck on new cryptocurrencies cause there are small chance that they can success. Maybe for IEO projects held on Binance you can gain some profits but if you are going to hold them and hope that it could be like eth or btc in the future then you are expecting that much. Altcoins are based on pioneered projects so their use cases are likely be a copy cat of what they already been using. The only changes is the name but the concept is the same.

Go on for huge marketcap coin at least you can be sure that they will not easily died. Choose on top coins even top 50 to be safe.

You invest in a mixed basket of cryptocurrencies.

Some should be high risk and low reward, others should be low risk and high rewards, while the remaining should be somewhere in the middle.

Although you might lose some potential profit this way, you also protect yourself against a possible serious loss. And as investing is all about risk vs reward, this is something you need to be wary of.

Weiss Crypto Ratings is a good place to start getting a wide overview of the current coin landscape. You can check coins out based on their technology score, risk factor etc to make your decision.

Actually if you have a good amount to invest, you don't just focus on the popular coins, just learn to diversify your investment.

I don't know how much you are willing to invest but I would like to suggest based on the percentage of allocation from your investment.
So here as follows :

bitcoin : 40%
ETH : 20%

The rest 40% will be invested on the new coins which you think would grow in the long run.
There's a big benefit on investing new coin as they are likely to pump more if it happen that you coin is a success.

To be honest with you, asking financial advise here is very bad. Why? Because everyone here will shill for their favourite coins. But I will say that majority here have their investments on bitcoin, probably like 50%-60% of their portfolio and the rest on the rest of altcoins.

However, you still have to do your own research (DYOR), and that is the first step of being a successful crypto investors. Don't rely on others, you should do your homework, so best of luck to you and I do hope that you are here for long term and not just think of crypto as a way to get rich quick.

Depends on what you expect and what amount of risk you could take. Bitcoin and Ethereum are established currency that would neither increase rapidly nor decrease to dust while newer coins have possibility of rising x10 overnight while also has possibility of being worthless. Choosing the correct one is important there but you can't go wrong with bitcoin.

I will not recommend you to get into low capital but with high risk. The chance of you investing in an HYIP or Ponzi is likely if you are not aware of how they work.

Bitcoin is already solid so there's no need for you to dig that much with those 'high risk' investments and in fact, it's already a high-risk investment.

That depends on how you can accept the risk on any investments. If you were trying to get an investment with less risk and go for the top coin because that will give you more guarantee but if you wanna try to get a huge return as fast as possible and i may think you can try to take the new crypto but remember just try to take the trusted one.

If for investment advice, I think there are already very many who discuss it in this forum, both in virtual currencies, and in the form of digital currencies, so you only need time to read and understand what is written in this forum, I know you are still very new here, that's why you need to read carefully here,

its depends  base on what you think best for you. but if I am the one who will give a chance i will invest all in bitcoin not in other crypto currency.

Altccoins sometimes gives high return how ever that's not always happen usually more investor lost investing   in unpopular  coins. Would you accept  if you will also lost investing in Altcoins ? If you are aware and ready even you will lost in trading then you can take the risk  investing in Altcoins .
