Thanks!

So according to this chart...

I should be mining LTC instead and trading for BTC?

I'm sorry, I'm completely lost.

You are not going to have the same hash rates for script as for sha256.

Solid coin calculator.

Daily Revenue = HashRate (in MH/s) * KingSolidCoinReductionFactor * 0 * 0 * 0^0 * 60 * 60 * 24

do I just enter 1579? (if so that's depressing! My example in the image below.)
This is correct.
dustcoin.com gives you the same estimates (and you get some of the altcoin profitability calculations there).
But remember, these $10 you mine today may be worth $40 in a year or so, when the USD against the Bitcoin crashes another 75 percent Shocked (i.e. 1 BTC = 400 USD)

Question on calculators.

I am building a mining rig with an HD 6990 CFX (Quad - GPU).

With that set up, theoretically, I'll get about 1579Mhash/s.

So, when I go into the calculator and it asks me for my mhash rate, do I just enter 1579? (if so that's depressing! My example in the image below.)

Or, is 1579 and there is a long-form I should be entering?

Thanks for your help.

Nvm, I think the Alloscomp calculator works for this.  Just mentally substitute "Dollars" for "BTC" when reading the output table.

Are there any *coin calculators out there for determining what your projected daily haul would look like at x difficulty at x MH/s?  Or do the current Bitcoin calculators work the same for *coins?
