This library may be used in algos to build the bandwidth-optimized gossip protocols.

From soliton's_Bitcoin#2 you have already got one characters for #7 . From companion's 1.down and 3.down which are easy to solve you will add two letters more. With three letters known and all the clues you should guess the correct library.
