I am building a 6 X 7950 rig this week. I've only played about with CPU mining before this. It never occurred to me that I could possibly solo mine. I know the pro's and cons of both. But is there some hash level where you should consider solo mining? Or will a decent pool always give you a better return?

It depends also on the actual difficulty of a coin to mine it solo not only on your hash rate.

I'm currently mining doge and I was always mining in pool. Should I maybe start solo mining or cont with pool since I don't have any rigs or mining hardwares?

If it is to dig the doge, I recommend to the pool

If your computing power is not very big, suggest you still mining, in the pool. Rely on your own abilities, estimated that dig dug out of blocks

Consider joining us at AppleByte. We just launched May 1, 2014.

The wallet has a built in mining tab, and solo mining is still viable!

You can download the MAC or Windows wallet from our website: AppleByte.me

As soon as I saw "The cool new digital currency to support artists (Musicians, actors, film makers, directors, editors, producers, dancers, painters, sculptors, writers, photographers, designers, models, production team, all kinds of artists)!" I was all yours. Cheesy
