Well that number isn't truly correct, by three years time we will definitely see a much higher difficulty which will re skew that number and make it even much larger.

No, 10TH/s is a low speed when being compared to the speed BTC is being mined right now worldwide. The speed is almost 1.4 BILLION GH/s in this moment, so compared to yours, it's HUGE. Better start pool mining like the others said.

You should use p2pool , not solo mine with that amount of HP. 10 TH is a very small amount these days.
