I'd look for something more... "productive" if I were you. I mean, that's alright to do. But why not get involved something that you can learn something out of. Like campaigning or translating documents (bounties, etc.)?

i think thats wasting time.

Eaxtly, you guys better learn altcoin trade on bittrex or on another platform. So you can make more money than captcha thing.

How about a Bitcoin client that lets you mine by solving captchas that it creates, and throws onto your screen when the client is running?

I've tried many such sites before, but they're mostly(if not all) scams. They let you complete some huge survey with tons of pop up windows and only in the end they tell you that it's only meant for say Brazilian citizens. Then even if you change your IP to match they still find some excuse to not pay out anything.

Still at least they only waste your time, but if there's malware in any of these sites it can be risky for your money too.
