I may be awfully wrong, but from the first look and what I understand you seem to use a Bitcoin miner on an altcoin multipool.
The pool already suggests some miners. Please make sure the miner you use is for the algorithm / coin you actually try to mine.
It doesn't drop any life signs at all, it doesn't show speed, WU=0/0 Why?

What hardware are you using to mine?  It appears not to see any devices (CPU, GPU, Asic).  What does it say when it first starts?  That would be where I would expect it to state what hardware it had discovered.

There are so many versions of cgminer written for so many different devices and algorithms, without knowing what you are trying to use and what your command line looks like you really haven't provided enough info to see what the issue is.
