You are only showing that your yobit address did not receive any dogecoin but you do not have any proof that you have deposited that amount at there, please provide these proofs so that to give strength to your claim.
try changing the nick to any name without the number. Also don't expect much fro their suport. They don't reply in there as fast as it is urgently needed by their customer.
