here you can find the address of the wallet containing the 2 transactions, I don't think it was a scam, now I think its more like a bug on their platform, because the 2 transactions are unspent.....
but they still don't want to investigate it...

Post some evidence. A link to the transaction on any blockexplorer and any scans of emails to the support system and their answers. Also add Scam to the title in order to make this more visible on search engines.
