I wonder how and why OP found this forum to make am accusation in the scam section against rollbit when he himself obviously got phished or something like that.
Even though the subject says "scammed" in quote on quote, it's still the wrong section to post this in.

I mean sure, it doesn't make any sense when he never played a slot ever and with a 2k bankroll nobody would suddenly make a 1.2k$ bonus buy, I believe that. But everybody is responsible for their own security, especially when making a big mistake.

Rollbit has 2fa, why the hell wasn't it enabled? That's like the first thing I do when I register somewhere, always enable 2fa.

I've found this forum while searching a way to contact Razer.
I know it's my fault but i hope razer can find a way to solve this since funds never went out of rollbit website so for him there is no cost in reverting my balance.

There are consequences for reverting it, though. Disregarding the truth behind the story, if they granted your plea to void those bets, many will come and use the same reason as their safety net. They risk a big gamble, they lost, and they claimed that they've been hacked.

You understand that Rollbit is under no obligation to void the bets, that they bear no responsibility at all on this situation, and that if they refuse to grant your wish, they have full right to do so?

I reached Razer to see if he'll probably be able to overturn the decision, and this thread can be marked as resolved instead of invalid [nonetheless, it's still invalid as they did not scam you], and whatever his decision is, it'll be the end of your case. He grants or denies it, this thread will be marked as resolved and locked.

Yes i understand they are not obbligated and it's my fault.
I've sent all the proof about was not me placing those bets and all proof i've sent are very clear.

Thanks you for contacting Razer please drop your rollbit username here or in PM and as soon this case will be closed (approved or not) i'll send you a tip for your time and effort.

It seems you're not aware of phishing, which is a common scam. You should always double-check website URLs before logging in or entering any information. You can report phishing incidents and inform Rollbit about any fake websites you encounter. This helps them identify and potentially block such scams.

Another oversight I noticed is that you haven't enabled 2FA on your account, even though this platform offers that feature. In that way, even if someone gets hold of your login credentials, a hacker wouldn't easily be able to access your account.

Im not a newbie. Im very aware of all methods. The thing that tricked me that i've just searched rollbit on google as usually i do and first result was fake sponsorized site. Which was same as original one. Url was the same because they use l (L) and I (i). Anyone could fall for this even if you are an expert

I'm asking to razer if he can do something because money has been not withdrawed from the site so maybe there is small chance that he can revert my balance.

Yes i understand they are not obbligated and it's my fault.

As long as you are convinced that it is your fault and that Rollbit is not responsible for anything that happened to you, why don't you change the title of this topic? Or at least delete the phrase "scammed"? Because you are harming the platform’s reputation without any justification. Not everyone will read the details, and many of them will just read the title, which will necessarily give a bad impression.
Please change it and remove the word "scammed" related to Rollbit.

I've sent all the proof about was not me placing those bets and all proof i've sent are very clear.

Excuse me, but I must tell you that your chances of obtaining compensation from Rollbit are very weak. This is simply because it is not their fault.
All of this evidences you provided indicate that you were not careful enough in choosing the best way to access your account. Any potential compensation you will receive will be a reward you do not deserve. Sorry if my position was shocking, but some lessons may be harsh and the consequences must be borne.
In general, I do not wish loss to anyone, but I am aware of the big risk that Rollbit may enter into if it takes the initiative to compensate you according to this formula. You can imagine the thousands who will demand the same compensation, which will expose the platform to an infinite number of manipulation attempts.
Perhaps it would be better to seek compensation from Google, which publishes links to Fake sites at the top of the first result page, ignoring the fact of many users who will not only lose their assets, but also their private data.

There's no need for that, tipping me, I'm here to help the forum be a better place for each of their user [that said, the casinos's representative are also their user], I never seek for any financial benefits on any cases. Simply getting them resolved is enough.

Been receiving the same email when I log into my account using my phone but the casino doesn't mind spending the funds which I guess they will still assume it is you. You may be telling the truth about the phishing though. And I mean they weren't able to withdraw.

The next time you may really need to bookmark the sites you are going to almost every day. Because with this, you may not have to google and click the wrong site instead. Hope your request is granted by Razer.

Hi OP I would like to know what coins are available at that time in the casino? Because those who know, usually well-known casinos always label addresses with domains, for example I use a tracking bot and label the casino address Stake.com so that when deposits or withdrawals occur we will get notifications. So now can you trace transactions from coin addresses in the casino, especially deposit addresses, whether there are transactions to other addresses or not.

That way you can see the picture, so you don't immediately judge Rollbit casino to be a scam. So far they have always maintained their reputation with their users.

Apart from that, try checking your login history on Chrome or Google, because there are concerns that there may be access from third parties.

What are we even talking about here..? Someone got access to your account and wasted your balance, a disgruntled friend? Some ex that wanted to get back at you for a bad breakup or just a random "hacker" due to poor security on your part?

Whichever it is, I don't understand what you think you can accomplish with this. You have more or less given them access to your account either through your own fault or lack of security or, as you mentioned, going to a phishing site. No idea how you can believe Rollbit should pay you something for this, do you understand the can of worms that'd be opened if they did? How many sore losers would just claim they got hacked when they went on a bad run or placed a few bad bets?

I have no idea why other users here are even trying to entertain this or "get to the bottom of it". There is no "case" here, there is no "scam" here. Definitely not one involving Rollbit in any way. You need to check your own stuff and make sure you aren't attacked this easily in the future, consider it an expensive lesson.
I completely understand your point. I was trying to figure out the validity of the OP’s claim. Seems he told the truth. It’s definitely no scam but worth a shot for OP to ask. I don’t know OP’s background but if he’s down $100k, Rollbit may throw him something. It’s been done before at other books.

What happened::
I've been using rollbit for quite some time and never had an issue. Deposited/Withdraw a lot. Never an issue.

Recently they even asked to verify my account to LEVEL 3 KYC. And i did that instantly without an issue. Everything went smooth.

Fast forward to 3 days ago (30th March) I've logged in the site in the morning to place a sports bet as usually do almost everyday. Then i just logged out. The next day i've logged again in the site and first thing i've noticed that my balance was $0.00. I was very suprised so i go on the sports bet page and the bet was won. So i dind't understanded why my balance was still 0. I've contacted support immediatly and they said i've placed bets on crazytime over the night (which i never did). So i said it wasn't me and they immediatly locked my account and helped me to logout all devices, change password and enable 2fa.

After all this process they said someone logged in my account and since "email verification process" (when someone login from unknown device) he wasn't able to withdraw/tip any funds so he gambled all my balance away. And they can't do nothing to recover that balance (Even if no withdraw and bet placed on their own site)

I don't know if this topic is the right place where asking for help, i hope yes, in case i say sorry to mods.

Note: I don't know if what they are claiming is true (about i've gambled on crazytime) Because site have no bet history so i cannot check that, i've just checked withdraw history and there was nothing). Just my balance 0$.

Im asking for help to Razer to check everything (i suppose they have logs and everything) in order to help me get my balance back. I have no reason to do all this shit for nothing since i gamble a lot and idc about losing/depositing. But this is very frustating that i won the bet and still have 0$ balance in my account.

Additional Notes:
I may know how they logged in my account. I've googled rollbit and on first page as first result there was "sponsorizzed adv" as fake rollbit site. So they probably used that method. Please help me recover my balance, i also have full verification on my account and can send all proof of email i've received by rollbit during unathorized access and also my email provider (yes they tried to access to email provider too in order to confirm withdraw, with no success) I have all proof of erverything.

Email received from rollbit: https://prnt.sc/T6HWIUz_wIay

What i've received on my phone when they tried to login in my email in order to confirm withdraw (without success): https://prnt.sc/Gqi5Pg-zgdel

Can you take a screen shot of bets made on April 23 and April 24. Then take a screen shot of all the bets that lost the last day to get your account to 0.

I have no reason to doubt you. If the bets made to lose all your money are of different amounts and leagues, then we know it wasn’t you.

Example of my reasoning. All your bets are $100 EPL. All of a sudden the last day they are all $500 American Baseball. Then there’s a good chance it wasn’t you. I picked those dates so we know that it’s a true reflection of your pattern instead of you searching for bets matching up.

Although I agree with holydarkness in that it’s tough to recoup your funds since it wasn’t Rollbit’s fault but worth a shot.

I've just asked to rollbit support to show me bet history made on that night because i can't find a way to check my bet history.

Support agent said there is 1200$ bonus buy at slot "WANTED DEAD OR A WILD". Which i've never played that slot before (not even 1 spin). And suddently i should buy 1200$ bonus over 2k balance i had?

2024-04-30T21:17:52.020Z   1200   986.4   hacksaw:WantedDeadoraWild
They spent almost 2k on that slot.
have you played slots in the past or only sports?

No. All my relevant bets (high amounts) Are on spots and sometimes on blackjack. Never played slot (maybe first day i've registered on the site, but like 20-25$ in spins) Nothing important or "bonus buy".
that’s great for your case. Let’s hope that Rollbit makes a nice gesture in restoring your balance although they aren’t under obligation to do so.

First of all, I understand you've regained and secured access to your account?

I'll try to invite Razer to come here and let him know about your situation, see if he will make a consideration and can overturn the team's decision, voiding those previous bets and returned the fund. However, to be fair and without any intention to rub it in, given the situation happened by your own "fault" [you got phished by your own mistake], this is actually not a scam attempt by Rollbit.

Yes. The account is now secured and safe. Anyone can fall in this. I don't see how there was a scam page on first result instead of the real site.

That'll because google does not monitor the ads they caters. Anyone can create a phishing site and paid those fee to be listed on the first entry of a search result [marked as sponsored]. It can happen to anyone, even those who exercise caution, as some are even very hard to spot due to the very clever similarity [like using the name "rolIbit' [the second "L" was a capital I] or "rollbIt"] that can be quite missable on a quick glance.

As a precaution, it is always advised to access casinos from a bookmarked legit site.

I've send a PM to Razer, let's wait and give some time for him to notice my PM.
