MtGox staff must consider themselves "too big to fail" and therefor "too big to care." Are they your only feasible trading option ziomik?
It is not the only source of bitcoin for me and this has caused me much trouble, but that does not mean that I should take the situation lightly.
I was not implying that you should - quite the opposite, I was implying you should stop using them completely if you can.

Confirm what has been written by mtgox, I was credited what I deposited 60 days ago.
However, I advise you to have more attention to these issues as I waited 2 months to get a sensible answer.
I think you should consider hiring more staff that is dedicated to the "customer care".
MtGox staff must consider themselves "too big to fail" and therefor "too big to care." Are they your only feasible trading option ziomik?
It is not the only source of bitcoin for me and this has caused me much trouble, but that does not mean that I should take the situation lightly.

FIY, Okpay was not sending IPN information to us correctly which delayed many payment since we were not able to check from whom these deposit were sent from and where to credit them.

Wow, 30 days of no sane response to ziomik's inquiries.


Anyway this has been solved yesterday by Okpay and ziomik had is account normally credited as well now.

And then no hint of an apology to ziomik here or any acknowledgement that this was handled poorly.

Explaining the situation with a "there is a technical issue being resolved and this will take more time" response might have been all that was needed.

FIY, Okpay was not sending IPN information to us correctly which delayed many payment since we were not able to check from whom these deposit were sent from and where to credit them. Anyway this has been solved yesterday by Okpay and ziomik had is account normally credited as well now.

I can only say that I lost my money.
I lost "only" € .180, after several thousand euro arrived perfectly.
I wish you did not have a similar problem, maybe on a payment of thousands of euro. As you can see the tape does not exist and are not interested to give me an answer. Evasive answers even when faced with a client who has paid a lot of money in their accounts. There is no doubt that they are to be avoided. I'm sorry to say this because many of you used mtgox for their activities, but as you can see from my adventure. you still trust them? Do your accounts people. Today for me MtGox is a scam.

Yes, agreed.  If they were waiting on information from an external source, they should be telling you that.  If they are waiting for a technical issue to be resolved, they should be telling you that.


Have you tried their IRC?   Make sure to have your support ticket number handy.

None of this.
Before and after the operation that I was not credited, I made a number of payments (4-5, also 500 euro) using:
* The same account OKPAY
* The same computer with direct line (no proxy / tor)
* The same method, nothing different
* Account okpay and mtgox verification ok.

We consider the possibility of MtGox is expected choice "PAY THROUGH OKPAY." And that's what I always used.

What bothers me is that MtGox evasive answers. I can accept a delay of 4-5 days but more than one month is unacceptable and shameful just for the fact that I believe their numbers one as regards the exchange of bitcoin.

So after the 180 € you sent another OKPay transfer of 200 € and that one when through fine but the previous one still has not cleared?


Are there any other issues?   Did you give your correct account number on the OKPay transfer?   Have you accessed the account using Tor or a public access point?  Are you traveling internationally?   Does your OKPay.com account match the verification info at Mt. Gox?      i.e., is there any reason they might be holding the funds for review?

Sorry for my english...

It 's more than a month since I expect a deposit of 180 € which, for some reason, do not want to add to my account.
In the meantime, I made other payments, unsuccessful, but the 180 euro sent last month not seen. Only automated responses. I'm tired.
