EDITED after resolution:
Just now wake up and saw my host message saying he finally able to solve my issue.
Now I have access to my wallet...
My BTC are now back in to my control and made a withdrawal request. Will update once confirmed because last time it took 2 hours to withdraw.. now I should be waiting for 2 hours again.
finally my funds withdrawn successfully after waiting 10 hours from withdrawal request .. its like 1 hour for 1 BTC ...
thank you all those who are being with me at this tough time , supporting me here as well as in PM with your positive words...
Never keep all eggs (coins) in one basket in any third party wallet or casino is what I should remind myself again because when ever we needed we may not be able to use it, not our keys not our coins.
Just sharing my issue regarding the BC game casino.
I even registered a complaint on Ask gamblers today hoping for quick resolution.

I have joined BC game on 11 - OCT - 2024 hardly a month.
I never faced any issues with deposit and withdrawal in past but now my wallet withdrawal and tip permission suspended.
First I was asked to do verification. I have successfully completed my KYC on 4th Nov
Being a SVIP11, they provide me a dedicated host who is responding to my queries regularly but it seems he is also helpless.
He keep saying "sorry, please wait some more time, the support team working on the issue".
He always says that the team is trying to solve the issue and asking more time.
My host said mostly 24 hours cooling period is there after KYC completion but it's more than 48 hours.
even the support system repeatedly asking me to be patient and wait.
