It's been 9 hours I have placed a withdrawal request and it's still processing.. now backend team Making me wait for how many hours I don't know.. support team does good job in responding to VIPs issues but backend team is un contactable...

Regarding this, yeah, I was told by my contact that their main backend is undergoing maintenance, so some delay and [perhaps even] issues might happen.

If they restored your account access and enabled all functions, you probably don't need to worry. The reason why the procedure was initiated in your case at all is unclear, probably some kind of risk was recognized, hence the additional checks. Especially if it is a significant amount.
Recently, there was a similar case here and a gain worth $7 million, which in the end was resolved positively.
Be patient for now, bc.game has proven to be reliable so far.

If they restored your account access and enabled all functions, you probably don't need to worry. The reason why the procedure was initiated in your case at all is unclear, probably some kind of risk was recognized, hence the additional checks. Especially if it is a significant amount.

Never keep all eggs (coins) in one basket in any third party wallet or casino is what I should remind myself again because when ever we needed we may not be able to use it, not our keys not our coins.
You can hold "all eggs" in one proper wallet.
It would be good if you did a little research and learned to distinguish a wallet from a third-party service. Exchanges, casinos... are not wallets and should not be used to hold coins.

Never keep all eggs (coins) in one basket in any third party wallet or casino is what I should remind myself again because when ever we needed we may not be able to use it, not our keys not our coins.
You can hold "all eggs" in one proper wallet.
It would be good if you did a little research and learned to distinguish a wallet from a third-party service. Exchanges, casinos... are not wallets and should not be used to hold coins.

Just now wake up and saw my host message saying he finally able to solve my issue.
Now I have access to my wallet...
My BTC are now back in to my control and made a withdrawal request. Will update once confirmed because last time it took 2 hours to withdraw.. now I should be waiting for 2 hours again.

I watched the full video (a few minutes first forward was there). It was like watching your screen from behind your shoulder. Keep a backup of this video. From the customer support chat I see almost the entire team always had close connection with you though out your BC Game journey. I am sure they will resolve this case soon to clean their hand. i feel backend team is really lazy and careless about my situation otherwise it wouldn't take these many days for auditing just a couple of days transactions.
Perhaps they are making sure that their business is secure and they are not losing a lot of money that will need to pay you. Keep us updated. I am going to activate the notification for the responses of this thread.

Yes, all the support team are very humble and concerning.
I have a dedicated VIP host who is in touch with me in telegram  always, he said that yesterday he almost had an argument on behalf of me.. i trust him and the support team but i feel backend team is really lazy and careless about my situation otherwise it wouldn't take these many days for auditing just a couple of days transactions.

I know it can be frustrating but perhaps be a bit more patient? I have seen cases here in the forum where it takes a while for the casino's team to provide the needed update to the gambler but they eventually get it and get the issue resolved. perhaps they are checking something or investigating something and that is why there is a delay.

I am waiting patiently and hoping for quick resolution.
I don't blame the support team or host but the backend team who are delaying.
I have seen many of them waited for long periods but i couldn't sit quite without shoutout because I am days old in the casino and all my funds stuck there. 😔

Just sharing my issue regarding the BC game casino.

I even registered a complaint on Ask gamblers today hoping for quick resolution.
and also wanted to share my issue with visuals.

I have joined BC game on 11 - OCT - 2024 hardly a month.
I never faced any issues with deposit and withdrawal in past but now my wallet withdrawal and tip permission suspended.
First I was asked to do verification. I have successfully completed my KYC on 4th Nov
Being a SVIP11, they provide me a dedicated host who is responding to my queries regularly but it seems he is also helpless.
He keep saying "sorry, please wait some more time, the support team working on the issue".
He always says that the team is trying to solve the issue and asking more time.
My host said mostly 24 hours cooling period is there after KYC completion but it's more than 48 hours.
even the support system repeatedly asking me to be patient and wait.
