UPDATE:

I have been in touch with Betcoin directly, and gotten this solved. My e-mails had apparently gone to their spam-folder hence why they didn't answer. Thanks to Betcoin.ag for taking this seriously and contacting me quickly here in DM on the forum, and allowing me to withdraw the balance.
Great!

So, you managed to withdraw all the $15K, or they let you withdraw only the deposit?
It would also be nice to know what was concluded. Was your account still considered part of the syndicate, thus permanent ban from using their services, or you were found innocent?

Yes, I withdrew the entire balance of $15K. And money has arrived to my wallet. The conclusion was that they found a significant risk that I would create accounts on other identities, hence locked my account so they could speak to me and warn me. Issue appeared of course when there was no dialogue at all due to my emails arriving to their spamfolder. But was quickly solved last night when we spoke with each other on DM here. We didn't necessarily agree with each other, as I had no intention making more accounts. But apart from that, I'm just happy I got my funds out.

It is really good news that they have solved your problem. If a customer's serious problem email goes to the spam folder, the customer will not get a solution from the company unless it creates extra pressure on the company. I think you got your problem resolved quickly because you posted on this forum and they also found out that your mail went to spam folder.

But you still haven't cleared the amount of funds they have allowed you to withdraw.

This is how reputable casinos should address complaints it should be fast and quick to resolve issues and do not let things hanging for several weeks, there are active casinos here that wait for DT to tag them or a flag created for them before they address issues, if the casino is fair, they will address it as soon as possible even if the result of the investigation is not favoring their casino, or they hold on to their decision against the complainant as long as the complainant really violated their terms or found guilty of abuse and cheating.
Its time for OP to lock this thread and change the title to solved.

Syndicate play is defined by the sports betting industry as a person or group of people who continue to create new accounts under different identities to place bets and avoid limits. Once we noticed that the accounts were placing the same bets and we were able to confirm through our security system that the account owners had a relationship, the accounts were closed so that we could have a chat with you. In these cases, it is our obligation to try and find out more about the syndicate, so they do not continue to damage our company. It is also important for us to inform the player in writing that if another account is created, at that time, the funds will be withheld. This prevents the team from continuing to make new accounts, while using forums such as this to garner sympathy on the future accounts.

The message you posted from us was us you was asking for that information, however I am not seeing the additional messages from you in the email. Please check your PMs so we can work this out immediately. Thank you.

Edit: We are seeing the messages now in spam. These should not have gone without response. You have a PM from us here.

In this case, you are willing to speak to the OP and message them? Why are you ignoring all my emails and messages still..?

By law in Sweden, bookmakers are not allowed to limit bets.
Hello We do not limit customers at the "individual level", as I said, we have general limits for customers where SEK 5,000 in maximum bet is an example.

Thanks for the response, and I am very glad you are willing to help and get into this

It's good to see that you realized that the messages were under spam. It was really looking bad when the complainant was not getting any response. Please keep us updated on the new finds so that we as members can make fair judgement based on what was discovered.

Quoted for Visibility.
It seems they closed your friend's account as well. Can you please clear up one thing? Is it your friend's account, or maybe you have created multiple accounts? If not, did you guys ever log in to this website from the same device or IP address? Or, Did you send funds or withdraw funds from/to the same wallet address? They may ask you for a KYC if this is not the case. I am not sure if this casino asks for a KYC. But they should explain more about why they closed your account. Or you may file a case since they are Curacao licensed casinos.

Hey, no, my friends account was not closed. His account was his account and my account was my account. Neither created multiple accounts. We never logged in with same device or placed the same bets. It was plain and regular betting only, two friends that used the same bookie.

Yes I am going to do that, I also run a semi-large twitter account that I will upload this to, and have been in touch with even bigger SoMe accounts regarding this. Mapping out now a way to make it as public as possible in hopes to get it solved.

Even if he  used other account or friend´s iP is not a reason to steal all his 15k
Is just excuse to to ban someone and take his funds based on shady terms.

I had moments when I have 2 accounts on bc.game and stake and they just ask me nicely to use 1 account.
They would never think.  Never ever think. This user is  using  2 accounts  against our terms, lets scam his money!

There are many scam accusation on their site betcoin.ag and other site playbetr
you need to read before play on scammy casinos Why no play in bc.game or stak.  these casinos will not scam you.

They will come here and pretend like you did something wrong like all the dozens of threads they were pretending.

Honestly when I made the account around NYE I didn't know of this forum, I took my friends word for granted. In hindsight obviously stupid, but can't do anything about that now.

I have seen multiple posts and allegations on this forum against them already, and I sincerely wish I had seen them before creating an account there.
It's always the first thing to do when you are going to use a new service.

In the screenshot, I saw you said a friend of yours referred you to the site. Did you use the same computer or ISP to register?
Did you use any VPN service?

By permanently closed, did they mean that they have confiscated all your funds?

This is their thread - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/betcoinag-1-casino-sportsbook-btc-bch-bsv-eth-etc-ltc-xmr-dash-xrp-est-2013-1616139

Try contacting OP and see if you can come to a resolution. He was last active today - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/betcoinag-202115

No nothing like that, I just used my own computer. No VPN either. The only link we have is that we are friends, and I am guessing they connected us through checking our SoMe accs. I don't know if funds are confiscated, since I can't access my account. Not able to login, just getting an error message. Thanks btw, will for sure check that out.

After roughly 1 month without hearing from Betcoin on mail, I feel the need to reach out here in hopes for some clarification either from them, or others. I have seen multiple posts and allegations on this forum against them already, and I sincerely wish I had seen them before creating an account there. I deposited approximately 5000USD to my account around NYE, and bet strictly NBA for around a week. After a high odds winner one night i got limited down to only a few bucks per play and decided to withdraw the entire balance of ~15000USD. All of a sudden I was unable to login to my account, and was told by livechat that my account was under review, and that I had to reach out to them by e-mail. Below follows the entire convo, with nothing left out:

After Betcoins initial accusation of "syndicate play", they didn't ever respond to me, and it's now been a month since that. One of the accounts they linked to my name is my IRL friend, who recommended me the site after getting his withdrawal paid out quickly without any hazzle. The other account I have no idea who is, I only know 1 guy that has used this site and that is my IRL friend.

The only reason I seek to these sites is due to new betting regulations in Norway, which forces Norwegians who like to bet to use cryptobookies. Banks do not accept betting-related transactions anymore, hence why I had to move away from regular EU-bookies which I previously used. I have never ever experienced anything like this before, therefore a little lost regarding what my options are. Any help at all is much appreciated.
