OK, after all I got my coins today. Marking this as solved. Could be more information regarding transactions from support.
Hope you are feeling better now. Thanks for keeping patience and it was necessary.

I was also curious either when i saw the OP message, i did indepth research and i find out that when the Bitcloak representative was last active on here he replied the OP message telling the reason behind the situation and promising transaction to be refund, so with the current pandemic issue which make some business team working remotely, giving them the whole working days of this week should'nt hurt after that if there's no respond you can then complain again.

I find it very unprofessional not to reply to my e-mails, or give an estimate when refund is done. Leave me hanging like this after asking for coin address.
Pandemic or not, information via e-mail should be delivered.
Still no refund nor support mail.

I hope you do, but even if you do get your refund, I'd advice you to look elsewhere for your future mixing needs, It is highly unprofessional having admitted to having refunding shouldn't take long, IMO.

If the pandemic is really going to affect their service, it's only ethical to inform their users of any potential delay in their services or response, a message on their website would do just that.
You're absolutely right. A professional and honest services provider always find a means to inform their users about the current status of their services not to mention a long existing tumbler site.
As you said, it will be good if the OP could use another mixing company next time that is having an ongoing campaign which will be more rasy to query.

No response, nor refund. The amount was not large.
That's really strange after having confirmation from their end. I just made a short visit to their official bitcointalk account and they were active on 14th June. I think they didn't feel it necessary to make a reply on this thread which is completely unexpected. You can send them a PM from your account and ask them to release your fund as soon as possible. I have already told you to give them some extra time to solve your issue and that was really necessary in a situation like this. Please keep patience and hope you will be able to get back your fund.

Personally i will not suggest anyone to use that mixer where their service is extremely unprofessional IMO. Don't forget to give your refund updates.

If their BCH mixer does not work then it would probably be better if they took it down. Have the support responded to you since the last update?

UPDATE:

No refund yet, why not get it over with.
Now this is getting more and more weird. They say that they identified the problem so what makes me wonder is why they are taking so long to refund your money. Trying to buy some time?
It's also not like it was a very huge amount.

Gladly, BitCloak support in this forum have replied your issue and seems they'll fix it soon. OP don't forget to keep updating this thread and [Resolved] if they have fix your problem.

Yes, I hope refund will not take one week. Somehow not pleased with the way BitCloak handles this, too slow etc. I don't think I'm going to use their service because of this, technical problem or not.

Hello, sorry for the delay.
We just replied to your support email offering a refund.
One of the wallets had network issues and your order was not processed.

The PGP message should be enough. If you don't want to publicly disclosure it because of the addresses and amount used in the mixer, you can send it to a trusted user so he can vouch for its legitimacy. I have done that once with another mixer.

Saw you link and funny coincidence that I used the same mixer and it worked OK (2 days ago). I have small transactions though, about 20-100 euro per transaction. No reply yet to my e-mail. Could send PGP signature to you for confirmation. I still wait a few days before doing that, if they answer my e-mail.

EDIT. Just received reply from support. They had technical problems. Going to refund the transaction. If I get the coins, I will mark thread as solved and service as legit.

OP i do hope everything works out well for you and you recover your money. It sucks but time will tell the outcomes.
BitCloak is one of those old mixers around here and this actually the first scam accusation i have seen against them. It could have been one of those time they had some technical issues. What's bad is that their support is taking long to respond, i hope they do so soon before flags and negative feedbacks are raise against their profile soon.

Those report details, what proof is needed as payment, chain log? I have PGP signature and mixer ID, but don't want to disclose too detailed information publicly, don't know what info can be obtained from those. Someone more experienced could give some info about that, thank you!

OK, I'll wait a week for e-mail reply.

Thanks for informing me about steps, I'm a newbie regarding these report rules etc.

Have used some mixers on your list without hassle, this was the first that did not work out. They could have some pop up info about maintenance if facing technical problems. Never know though if someone got sick from covid19--- hope not.

Seems like they have not been active here either since April.

Its really a matter of concern that their users are not getting professional service from their end and even not a single response in 4 days. Actually i am not well notified about them. Maybe they are facing issues with their website and delaying to give responses to their users but i think in a situation like this they can use popups on their website about "Maintenance"

I think you should wait a little bit longer for their replies and that can give you a good result. If you want then you can update your topic more details.

Yes, that's right BitCloak last active on April 28, 2020, 10:29:33 AM

I don't know if it's scam or not, but this services has been launched from 2016 and never got any negative feedback or major accusations. I think this services is legit, maybe they have problem and currently try to fix it.

Anyway, you need to add more proof about your transaction and use proper scam format below

Hello,

Sent BCH to mixer, got no coins and no support contact in about 4 days.  https://bitcloak43blmhmn.com/bch/

Seems like they have not been active here either since April.
