Now you calling my loss only discomfort to defend them is not at all reasonable.

Well looking at the reported case, was isn't a discomfort situation to you, now that your issue have been resolved aren't you now comfortable Wink I'm glad you got the issue resolved just like every other user (including myself) assured you above. Chipmixer aren't like the average companies we have out there, they put their reputation above any profit and won't engaging in stealing users fund that's why, we all had confidence when defending them that the issue was simply a misunderstanding that can be resolved and I'm glad it did get resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience though.

Yuri Jhonny is correct. He visited our service, deposited BTC to our deposit address and our service did not give him chips nor vouchers. We are sorry for that. He received his chips after support intervention.

We are investigating what went wrong. We will update this post.

Hey look.. how a professional service/business SHOULD reply to problems/solutions.

Exchange representatives should take note.

BTC1 is a decent amount and I understand that you are frustrated. Who else won't be?

But hey, it's just 24h ago that they aren't responding and you considered it as a scam already knowing the reputation they already built?

What about waiting for more days? You didn't even gave them a chance to explained what really happen and just began crying and calling them scam? You will even attempt to spread words about them being a scam without waiting where this case will end up.

What if it will resolved? How can you clean the damages you spread out in various crypto forums?

We are with you here in bitcointalk if that was proven to be scam. For now, hold your horses and stop crying.

... i came to the conclusion that they stole a lot of bitcoins per day from random clients. The system is very old, I cant be the first that get this problem and such a serious error could not have arisen just now.

I know it work for some people, but to me they really stoled me by now.

Libel.

You can say Libel but im a programmer and this type of situation if ocurr once, it will ocurr more then once by functionality, just need time. Im just the first public report.

If they solve I appreciate it, apologize and delete. Until then we know that this kind of bug is no joke at this stage of the system and may not have hit just the only user who reported in public.

Now if they get damage from a post that reported having this issue with them, it's more than fair to me. And at the end of the story let everyone know the result of a problem that actually existed.

Is there a possibility that it is all a misunderstanding and they are not answering me because whoever answers is doing something else? Maybe so, so from the beginning I expressed conditions in case they solve.

First: Bitcointalk doesn't ban scammers. That's important to know when using this website.

Maybe delete his announce or put an signal.

asking the admin to ban if they don't solve my problem would be asking the admin to ban if they are scamming the members.

I've been there, these things make you worry big time. However, as I said, give them some time to respond, it's not the first time there's a hiccup, but I've always seen it resolved (within a few days).

They will lost more then 1BTC if not charge my money back. Because i will put a lot of report on the top of the google.

You don't go around threatening project the very moment you experience discomfort when using their service, this is where many people get it wrong. Chipmixer is a well reputed company that have proven themselves worthy of earning members on and outside the forum trust.

You weren't scam, possibly just a misunderstanding that would be resolved anything soon. Also you don't request for a user to be banned when they haven't committed any ban related offends. Calm your temper and request for your issue to be resolved like a civilized individual who do.

I was quite reasonable with the threat and asking the admin to ban if they don't solve my problem would be asking the admin to ban if they are scamming the members.

Now you calling my loss only discomfort to defend them is not at all reasonable.

And I'm actually very calm despite being upset.

Thx you all for the messages and replys.

So yes i have the session yet. The wallet is the same that has my 1BTC, i checked it a lot of times.

I know they will not scam for 1BTC, but when i noticed my situation i came to the conclusion that they stole a lot of bitcoins per day from random clients. The system is very old, I cant be the first that get this problem and such a serious error could not have arisen just now.

I know it work for some people, but to me they really stoled me by now.

I checked my session right now and no money, the session just ignored my deposit.

No answer to the mail that i sent 24h ago.

My session token works in the onion website and not onion website.

There are 2 things to check:
1. Since the transaction was made just yesterday, you should still have your session token. Can you still log in?
2. Is 1HJGazVPvPaNHPxGYMcMUVQWZkfctMq7JY really the address the website shows? You wouldn't be the first to lose Bitcoin because of a PC infected with clipboard hijacking malware.

If the address is correct and the token is still valid: just wait for them to respond by email. Support isn't fast (and if I have to guess, that's because they too value their privacy and take precautions when going online) but usually answers and provides a solution within a few days.

I've never seen a scam accusation against Chipmixer
I've seen some problems, but they always got resolved. Sometimes something goes wrong, such as bitcoind failing:
We have had similar problem in May and June - bitcoind connection was severed and could not be reconnected. Fix was deployed a few days ago along with a few cosmetic changes (minimal amount is back to 1 mBTC, bet button has been removed) but as we see now - it does not fix the issue. We are still working on correct solution.

I haven't seen much accusation against chipmixer, hope they will response here to resolve the issue since they have good reputation here.
I've never seen a scam accusation against Chipmixer, but it's possible I've missed any.  In any case, I'm pretty sure they're not a scam service in general and likely weren't involved in this particular transaction.  Never used their service myself but they've been in business for quite some time and have maintained a good reputation throughout--and that's a rare thing in the crypto space.  Hopefully we'll see some followup here.

Hell.. even for their signature campaign on this forum, they are allocating  ~2 BTC per week.
Yeah, and the people in the campaign would not be advertising for them if they were scammers.  Most, if not all, of the Chipmixer campaigners wouldn't risk their own reputations if there was evidence of Chipmixer scamming anyone.

Nah, I can't believe that they will scam you just for 1 btc. Problem might be occurred during transaction and obviously there is solution. It doesn't mean they have scammed you, perhaps it will take time to get response from their support system. I haven't seen much accusation against chipmixer, hope they will response here to resolve the issue since they have good reputation here.

It appears that the site that you went to is fake. The real site is https://chipmixer.com/. You have been ripped off by a scammer, putting up a phishing site.
It's not a phishing site, i've used the same onion address earlier and my chips came through immediately after a confirmation.

They doesnt answers emails and i think their user need to be banned from this forum if they do not answer this topic.
They won't be banned if they don't reply in this thread but if your issue doesn't get fixed it would hurt chipmixer's reputation. I'm confident it'll eventually get resolved given their big reputation.

ChipMixer is not a scam.

Do you really think they would scam you for 1 BTC ?
Hell.. even for their signature campaign on this forum, they are allocating  ~2 BTC per week.

chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion is definitely the correct URL. That's stated on their clearnet site.

When did you email the support ? Is your session still valid ?
